1. What kind of jerseys do you sell?

We only sell the latest season fan version jerseys for adults and kids, including home, away and winter training styles. We do not offer player version, retro jerseys or custom designs.

2. How do I choose the right size?

All jerseys are standard European sizes with a regular relaxed fit. Please refer to our Size Guide page before purchasing. If you are between two sizes, overweight or muscular, we recommend ordering one size up. A 2-4cm manual measurement difference is considered normal.

3. How long will delivery take?

Processing takes 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days to most countries. Delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs and logistics.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Order cancellation or modification is only allowed within 24 hours after payment. Once shipped, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.

5. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We accept returns for wrong items or quality issues. Personal size choice is not eligible for free return. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.

6. How can I track my order?

After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your registered email. You can also send us a message via the Contact Us page to check your order status.

7. Is the product color the same as the picture?

We try our best to show the real color of the jersey. Slight color difference due to different mobile and computer screens is unavoidable.
